CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Non/refundable. You are able to reschedule your appointment 48 hours before appointment time anytime after you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. You are only able to reschedule once, if your are needing to reschedule more than one time you are required to pay another deposit. All No show appointments will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
RUNNING LATE
Please give us s call at least an hour in advance if you are running late. All appointments 15 mins. late or greater must be rescheduled & you will be charged $50 which will be applied as a credit towards your rescheduled visit.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
For any lipo cavitation or laser lipo treatments, you must be fully hydrated. It is crucial for you to start drinking water a day before your appointment and the day of. The lipo procedures will work only if you are very hydrated. (No sodas, juices, etc and especially no alcohol) No eating 2 hours prior and 1 hour after your treatment.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Continue to drink lots of water (3-4 liters) everyday. No alcohol consumption for the next 48 hours. Also, working out immediately after a treatment will stimulate lymph movement, greatly enhancing your results.
Note:
NO SAME DAY BOOKINGS FOR ANY LIPO TREATMENTS.
Hydration must start a day before your appointment, or you must purchase a same day detox from us at an additional cost.
We strongly recommend 5-7 sessions.

Makeup Policies
Kim-plete Makeovers values your time and strives to meet your beauty needs by adhering to the highest standards in professionalism, customer service, and makeup artistry. Please value our time and expertise as well! Know that at Kim-plate Makeovers, you are receiving a premier service of the highest quality and a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Services are by appointment only, and appointments are held upon payment of your deposit. A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment, and all deposits are non-refundable.
Client will lose deposit if appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours from session time. There is a one-time switch permitted for rescheduled appointments if Kim-plete Makeovers is notified over 24 hours.
There are no free trials or appointments, as Kim-plete Makeovers must block out business time to provide a service.
A client being late to an appointment could result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Pricing:
Pricing is dependent upon type of service, and any bridal service or package is customizable. Rate is based on specifics of booking and type of makeup service required. Please contact Kim-plete Makeovers via phone or email for more information.
